Instruction
Step 1:

Set up the rope between two trees or poles at a height that is challenging but safe for all participants. Ensure the rope is securely attached.

Step 2:

Explain the rules: The entire group must move from one side of the rope to the other without touching the rope or passing underneath it. If anyone touches the rope or goes underneath, the entire group must start over.

Step 3:

Emphasize the importance of teamwork and communication. The group should strategize to determine the best way to get each member across without touching the rope. They can lift, carry, or assist each other as needed.

Step 4:

Allow the team to begin the activity. Monitor their progress and ensure the rules are followed. If the rope is touched or someone goes underneath, the entire team must return to the starting side and begin again.

Step 5:

Encourage the team to reflect on their strategies and improve their approach after each attempt. Continue the activity until all participants have successfully crossed to the other side without touching the rope.

Step 6:

Once the team has successfully completed the challenge, facilitate a debriefing session to discuss the experience, focusing on what strategies worked, what challenges were encountered, and how the team overcame them.

Additional tips:

• Ensure the rope is securely attached and at a safe height for all participants to navigate.

• Encourage participants to support and help each other, fostering a sense of teamwork and cooperation.

• Adjust the height of the rope based on the group's abilities and size to make the challenge appropriately difficult.

• Consider timing the activity to add an element of urgency and challenge.
