Goal:

The goal of Human Bingo is to facilitate networking and help participants learn interesting facts about each other in a dynamic and interactive way. This game encourages movement, conversation, and the discovery of commonalities and unique traits among participants.

Description:

“Human Bingo” is a fun twist on traditional bingo. Instead of numbers, the bingo cards are filled with descriptions of personal traits, experiences, or achievements. Participants mingle and talk to each other to find someone who matches each description on their card. This activity is great for mixing groups and breaking down barriers among participants.

Instruction
Step 1:

Distribute a bingo card and a pen to each participant. Each square on the bingo card contains a different descriptor or achievement.

Step 2:

Participants walk around the room and introduce themselves to others, trying to find someone who matches each description on their card. When they find a match, they write the person's name in the corresponding square.

Step 3:

The first person to fill the entire card, shouts "Bingo!" and is declared the winner.

Step 4:

Invite the winner(s) to share some of the interesting facts they discovered about other participants.

Step 5:

Wrap up the activity by allowing a few other participants to share unusual or surprising things they learned about others during the game.

Additional tips:

• Encourage participants to share more than just the minimum needed to fill out their card to foster deeper conversations

• Consider offering a small prize or recognition for the first few people who complete their bingo card

• Adapt the bingo squares to fit the nature of your group or the theme of the meeting or workshop
