Instruction
Step 1:

Divide participants into teams of 4-6 members each. Ensure that each team has an equal number of participants. Explain the rules: teams must transfer water from one bucket to another without using any tools. They must come up with their own methods to transfer the water as a team. The team that transfers the most water within the time limit wins.

Step 2:

Set up the stations. Place a bucket filled with water at the start line and an empty bucket at the finish line for each team. The distance between the start and finish lines should be around 10-20 meters, depending on the space available. Allow teams a few minutes to brainstorm and develop their strategies for transferring the water. They can use their bodies and any other safe, creative methods they can think of.

Step 3:

On the signal, teams begin transferring water from the starting bucket to the finish bucket using their chosen methods. They can work simultaneously or take turns as they see fit. The facilitator keeps track of the time and signals when the time is up.

Step 4:

Measure the amount of water in each team's finish bucket to determine the winner. Announce the winning team and celebrate with a small prize or recognition. Facilitate a debriefing session to discuss the experience, focusing on teamwork, communication, and innovative thinking.

Additional tips:

• Ensure the play area is safe and free of obstacles that could cause injury

• Encourage teams to strategize on the best methods to transfer water quickly and efficiently without losing it

• Adjust the distance between the start and finish lines based on the group's abilities and fitness levels

• Consider adding obstacles or variations to increase the challenge
